Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, and mobility/transfers.
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweeping, bed linens) and assist with simple meal preparation.
Health & Wellness Support: Provide medication reminders, assist with prescribed range-of-motion exercises, and report physical/behavioral changes to the care team.
Transportation: Help clients attend doctor appointments, social activities, and run essential errands.
Care Documentation: Accurately log daily care completion in accordance with client Care Plans.

Experience: 1+ years of direct patient care experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or home care agency setting.
Certifications: Current CPR / First Aid Certification.
Valid Driver’s License, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bonus Skills: Dementia/Alzheimer's care experience and bilingual capabilities are a big plus!
