Matron for Surgery

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Operating Room team as OR Nurse Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by driving operational excellence and building a high‑performing team in a dynamic surgical environment.
What You’ll Do:
Achieve departmental goals through effective leadership and team development
Implement business strategies and processes to ensure efficiency and quality
Provide guidance and oversight for a team of professionals, including one Supervisor and three Coordinators
Manage operations for 8 ORs, supporting approximately 3,000 annual cases

Proven experience in managing specialized technical or operational practices
Strong people leadership skills with a focus on career development and team performance
Ability to interpret policies and apply sound judgment in decision‑making
