Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend Night Shift

Strict 75 Mile Radius from address on the traveler's DRIVER's License to hospital. Please send Driver's license in submit email.

MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA TO GET THE HIGHER RATE!!! NO EXCEPTIONS

• Must be able to start on 11/18 or 12/2
• 13-17 week assignments (MUST WORK ALL HOLIDAYS AND NO UNIQUE SCHEDULING REQUESTS)
• Clinicians must work 48 hour guarantee (OT bill rate on ALL OT will be flat rate)
• Must have exemplary performance
• Attitude and attendance issues WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and are grounds for immediate termination

Experience: Min 2 years in specialty.

This unit will need charge nurses and we will provide charge nurse orientation for everyone

• This is a seasonal unit they will be floated as needed until the unit is opened and based on the census.
• # beds 44, staff 40
• Certs BLS required, NIHSS required (both must be AHA)
• Ratios 1:5, possibly 1:6 for both days and nights
• EMR Meditech, experience preferred but not required
• Nurse Aides- Yes, CNA's 1:8, generally 1:10, do get as sitters
• Shifts 6:45-7:15, all 12 hours
• Weekend Requirement- Every Other
• Holidays- As needed
• Scrub Color- Caribbean Blue
• Tele- Yes but monitored on different unit.
• Floating - Yes, to all acute care and cardio to take care of medical, or EC for acute care patient holds
• General Orientation- 1 week (includes EMR training)
• Floor specific orientation- 2 daysare gated, safe, clean and regularly have availability.
