Dishwasher (Catering)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Completing all opening and closing duties.

Cleaning all dishes and making sure they are stocked.

Maintaining a clean workstation and replacing dish machine detergents.

Cleaning and returning any kitchen equipment/utensils promptly after use so other employees can have access to them.

Taking out trash and recycling

Checking and replacing dirty buss tubs in the cafe dining room and catering events.

Assist in cleaning projects during downtime.

Willing to help in other BOH roles if directed by the Head Chef.

Arrive to work with proper hygiene and kitchen attire according to the Minneapolis American Indian Center’s Staff Handbook.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
