Job Description

Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional objectives.
Implement Therapeutic Practices: Use evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' physical capabilities, cognitive function, and ability to perform daily tasks.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, person-centered care.
Educate Patients and Families: Share effective therapy methods with patients and their families to encourage sustained progress at home.
Track Progress and Adjust Treatments: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify plans as necessary to ensure that patients remain on the right path toward recovery.
Education
Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Engagement in continuous education or post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported
Certifications
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is necessary
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
Skills

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills with both patients and team members
