Production Associate

The Production Associate is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced packaging facility. This role ensures products are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company quality standards.

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment

Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specification standards are met

Package finished materials according to company guidelines

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Meet daily production and performance goals

Ability to stand for extended periods (812 hour shifts)

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Willingness to train on equipment and follow safety protocols
