Production Packager- 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shifts

The Flex Operator will vary based on the needs of the day. This role is flexible and could include duties such as final in-process inspection, staging of eggs, machine and date code setup, carton inventory management, or staging cartons for the day’s run.
In this role, you’ll help deliver the highest quality product while upholding our unwavering commitment to animal welfare, food safety, and responsible farming. You’ll act boldly, embrace continuous improvement, and partner with teammates and customers to deliver wins.
Check the production run board for date codes and accuracy
Maintain daily and end of shift housekeeping
Ensure compliance with health & safety, GMPs and Food Safety requirements at all times
- st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 PM - 5:00 AM
Weekend Shift: Saturday and Sundays Only - Part-Time
Shifts up to 12 hours per day, based on operational needs
Start and end times may vary due to truck arrivals, order fulfillment, machine downtime, or production changes
