Restaurant Dishwasher-Evening Shift

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen tools, dishware, and work areas, directly supporting a safe and seamless operation for the culinary team and our guests.
Operational Responsibilities:

Execute timely and thorough cleaning of all dishware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dish stations, food prep areas, and back-of-house service zones.
Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and operating dishwashing machinery.
Monitor cleanliness of trash and recycling areas, assisting with removal as needed.
Support kitchen team by restocking clean items to appropriate stations throughout service.
Assist with closing procedures, including deep cleaning tasks and proper storage of equipment.
Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management promptly.

Working Conditions:
A typical work week for this position is 40-45 hours. Hours vary based on needs of the market and the department.
Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting objects up to 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist movements.
Exposure to hot, cold, and potentially hazardous equipment is possible.
Familiarity with office equipment such as phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers may be required.
