Lead and manage projects from investigation through construction
Strong mix of technical work, client interaction, and project management
Lead and perform geotechnical field investigations, engineering analyses, and design recommendations
Ensure construction and designs comply with plans and specifications
Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Evaluate laboratory and field data to support engineering conclusions
Serve as a technical advisor and mentor to junior staff
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)

• 5–8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
• Ability to manage projects of moderate size and complexity independently
