Shifts: M-F, 0745 - 1630

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Home Health for a rewarding travel assignment in West Allis, WI. This role offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative and high-census environment, providing excellent care to patients with conditions such as wounds, ostomies, and IVs.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
Provide nursing care for patients with wounds, ostomies, and IVs
Work collaboratively within a team of 8 RNs and 2 LPNs
Engage in patient assessment and monitoring with EMR system EPIC
Participate in a structured Monday to Friday schedule
Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
WI State License or Compact License
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, CPI certifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Experience with wounds, IVs, ostomies, catheters, and drains
Valid driver's license and insurance
