About the role This is a performance-driven opportunity for someone who is competitive, coachable, and committed to improving their skills every day. Six-figure earning potential through new business sales commissions + renewal fees (performance dependent)

What you’ll do Generate new business through warm leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting

Create a referral network, building a pipeline to consistently hit weekly/monthly activity and production goals

Discuss needs with prospects, generate quality quotes, present coverage options, and close sales

Provide exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships

What we’re looking for Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic and personal accountability

Comfortable with phone-based selling, follow-up, and asking for referrals

Experience in sales (preferred, not required)
