All of our HHAs are members of a union. The position: Patient Liaison The Patient Liaison is responsible for oversight of all new admissions to the Americare team. The patient Liaison is also responsible for helping current patients who may be in need of services in the future, as well as fostering a connection to Americare with both patients, family, and community. Good organizational skills. Pay Range: $23 - $24/hr.
