Our Greenville Skilled Nursing Office is interested in newly graduated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who have a passion for care to join our team.

BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the ONLY paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).

As a non-profit organization, our focus is always on quality care for our clients. Our Clinical Managers take their time with each new nurse to be sure you enter the field comfortable and confident in your skills. What a typical day as a BAYADA skilled nurse looks like:

Travel to one client near you

Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders

Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

Graduated pay scale during nurse residency program from $26-28
