Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Cardiovascular OR/CVOR position at a busy surgical facility in Chicago, IL, requiring a minimum of 2 years of OR experience and Epic proficiency.
Details

• Works in a high-volume OR department performing open heart, orthopedic, and general surgical cases
• Day shift schedule: 06:45–15:15, five 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday
• Shift hours may extend depending on caseload
• On-call requirement: one night every two weeks and one weekend every six weeks
• Epic EMR is used and experience is required
• 13-week contract

Active IL RN license required
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted)
NIHSS and DCI/BVP certifications required
Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
Epic EMR experience required
DOB and SSN required for consideration
Additional Information

Performs scrub and/or circulating duties across a broad range of surgical cases including open heart, orthopedic, and general surgery
