Material Handler (Packing / Full-time)

Description
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
PPE Required: Safety Shoes
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity: Possible based on performance and business needs
What You’ll Do
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Build and prepare custom conduit orders
Move materials throughout the yard and warehouse
Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and carts
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Important Employment Note: This is a temporary/contract position with no benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during the contract period.
Experience Required for Your Success
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to read labels, tickets, and product documentation
Strong attention to detail, time management, and basic math skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift, push, pull, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
Able to work full‑time (40 hours per week) in a fast‑paced environment
