Creative Health Solutions is looking to hire a PRN Speech Therapist to join their growing team!

Creative Health Solutions is a therapist-operated company providing Therapy services at Skilled Nursing facilities since 2001. Our mission is to develop great clinicians, provide cutting-edge rehab in a caring environment, and support autonomy that respects our therapists' professional clinical decision-making skills. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team at Creative Health Solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Speech Therapist Responsibilities:

Conducts and documents a thorough functional assessment of the patient utilizing standardized procedures.

Completes documentation in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and applicable standards and administrative and clinical requirements.

Master of Science degree in Speech/Language Pathology.

Must meet the educational requirements for certification and be in the process of accumulating the supervised experience or meet the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech-language pathology granted by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.

Demonstrates competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in Speech Therapy to the patient population served by this facility.

Adequate computer skills in order to complete required job duties and computerized documentation.
