Travel RN – MedSurg / Telemetry

Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3x12s | 36 hrs/week
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg/Telemetry unit
Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Deliver care to patients with neurological and cardiac conditions
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR
Float to similar units as needed
Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN License
Minimum 2 years of MedSurg/Telemetry experience
Strong telemetry skills (required)
Experience with neuro patients
Previous travel experience required
BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
Schedule & Additional Details

Nights: 7 PM – 7 AM
Every other weekend & holiday required
No on-call requirement
Floating to similar units may be required
Telemetry competency test administered on Day 1
