Schedule may vary week to week depending on scheduling needs for familiesRate: $26-$30 per hourVivvi is looking for passionate, experienced caregivers to deliver exceptional in-home backup care for one of its clients. While this role may look a bit different from a typical caregiving role, it is an exciting opportunity for someone who is flexible, and loves working with a variety of families!In this position you will be working with a variety of families on an as needed basis for urgent backup care needs (booked same day) or in advance between the hours of 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.PTO, health benefits, holidaysWe are seeking positive, flexible, patient and experienced caregivers who:See themselves as learners and researchers alongside childrenAre committed to health and safety at the highest levelProvide screen-free care to a variety of childrenHave strong technical abilities (responding to emails, text messages, etc)Are well-versed in child development and best practices (e.g., safe sleep)Are dynamic and creative in their approach to caring for all types of childrenDemonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skillsQualifications:At least two years of experience as a nanny or early childhood educatorExcellent communication skillsRecord of building strong parent partnershipsStrong referencesExperience with caregiving for a variety of ages ranging from infant through school ageVivvi is an equal opportunity employer.
