Description

The Bartender will shape the guest experience through excellent service, product knowledge, and engaging hospitality. Your ability to craft beverages, manage bar operations, and create a welcoming atmosphere directly impacts guest satisfaction, food and beverage revenue, and brand reputation. Whether serving solo or supporting a team, your presence at the bar influences the energy and pace of service across the outlet.

HOW YOU'LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE

Prepare cocktails and mixed drinks by combining liquor, mixers, bitters, and other ingredients according to recipes and guest requests.
Serve wine, draft and bottled beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and food in a timely and professional manner.
Process guest payments and accurately collect and reconcile cash and other forms of payment.
Order, requisition, stock, and replenish liquor, beverages, mixers, glassware, garnishes, and guest supplies.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing bar by arranging bottled goods, glassware, and displays.
Clean and sanitize glassware, bar surfaces, and equipment to maintain health and safety standards.
Prepare garnishes and bar accompaniments, including slicing fruit and assembling items such as pickles, cheeses, and cold meats.
Greet guests promptly with a friendly, welcoming demeanor and provide attentive service throughout their experience.
When serving in a lead role, oversee assigned associates, delegate work, and ensure responsibilities are completed in the Supervisor's absence.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Previous bartending experience in a hotel, bar, or restaurant environment preferred
Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and bar setup/teardown
Familiarity with food pairing and cross-selling techniques considered a plus
Capable of working independently or as part of a larger service team

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

High school diploma or equivalent required
TIPS certification or equivalent required
Must meet all state and local age requirements for serving alcohol
