Entry Level Production Machinist

Entry-Level Machine Operator Olive Recruiting is seeking an Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our global manufacturing client's team in Carrollton, TX. This role is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment and supporting the production of quality components in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience, a strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Location: Carrollton, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday; Day Shift Full time opportunity with benefits; Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment to support daily production needs

Load and unload parts, materials, and components according to work instructions

Monitor machines during operation to ensure parts are running properly and meeting quality standards

Read and follow basic work instructions, production orders, and safety procedures

Use basic measuring tools to check parts for accuracy and quality

Identify and report machine issues, defects, or production concerns to supervisors

Assist with basic machine set up, adjustments, and changeovers as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow all company safety, quality, and production guidelines

Qualifications:

15 years of machine operation, production, or manufacturing experience

Ability to follow work instructions and learn new equipment/processes

Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring tools preferred

Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to work as part of a team

Prior CNC, machining, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
