Our locally woman-owned, purpose-led organization serving the greater Phoenix and Tucson areas is expanding to the West Valley, including Glendale, Avondale, and North Phoenix . We are seeking culturally aligned, innovative and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to advance our passion for increasing access to Autism diagnoses and delivering exceptional applied behavior analysis services, while growing in responsibility with clear pathways for advancement.

We offer best‑in‑class compensation packages that include a base plus bonus structure and a salary range of $93,000 to $115,000, nine paid holidays, paid sick time, and up to 80% employer‑paid employee‑only healthcare premium. For a limited time, Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts may qualify for a hiring and retention bonus up to $10,000.
