Crew Member - Flexible Shifts

The essential functions and position standards of a crew member are listed below. Generally, it is necessary for a crew member to be crossed‑trained in at least three stations. Each station does not necessarily exist in every restaurant, and sales volumes dictate which station will be used and for how long on each shift. Wendy’s will, upon request, provide reasonable accommodation in accordance with the ADA to known physical or mental limitations of an otherwise qualified employee or applicant with a disability, unless doing so would cause Wendy’s undue hardship.

Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy and hospitality

Preparing and serving food as needed

Smile and connect with internal and external customers

Ensure there is clear communication between the register and food line staff

Knowledgeable of the brand and menu items

Follow sanitation and safety procedures

Greet customers to make them feel comfortable and welcome
