Remote - Technical Communicator

Power your future with Qualus as a Technical Writer in our Program Management department. The Technical Writer supports the successful delivery of electrical utility capital and operational projects by developing, maintaining, and improving project documentation, procedures, reports, and communication materials. This position works closely with project managers, project controllers, engineers, construction managers, planners, regulatory teams, operations personnel, and executive stakeholders to translate complex technical and project information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.
The role is responsible for ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance of project management documents and serves as a key resource in standardizing project controls documentation, supporting governance requirements, and improving knowledge management across the organization.
Provides technical writing and content management support for creating and maintaining project management related policies, procedures, manuals, white papers, presentations and other documentation as required.
Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of PMO methodologies and best practices.
Maintain version control and document management protocols.
Creates spreadsheets that compile large sets of data for evaluation and presentation
understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company.
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, Business Administration, Engineering Technology, Project Management, or a related field. 3-7 years of technical writing, project documentation, or project controls experience.
