Northwest Coffee at The Grand Cafe is looking for cooks! We are a locally owned and operated coffee shop in Surprise taking a ton of pride in what we do! Quality is of the highest priority for us as our passion for taking care of our guests runs deep!
Prepping & Cooking at Northwest Coffee
Working in a relatively unsupervised manner, so must be able to follow and execute recipes according to the high quality and standards set in place.
Operating a commercial oven while following recipes
A majority of the workload will be baking, portioning, or building our Bakery and Grab-N-Go items
Safe food handling and food safety knowledge
Passion for delivering high-quality products to our guests
We're looking for someone to work Saturday & Sunday morning from 6:00A - 2:00P

Job duties include, but are not limited to: Food Safety Knowledge and Cleanliness, Following Menu Guidelines and Specifications, Operating and maintaining high-volume work station, Working and communicating as a team to ensure great guest experiences.
