RN - Registered Nursing First Assist

Role: Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA)
Responsibilities: Provide expert perioperative nursing care and first-assist support during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Conduct pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments, manage surgical instruments, perform suturing, control bleeding (hemostasis), and maintain strict sterile techniques.
Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and operating room staff to deliver comprehensive surgical care.
Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse licensure with perioperative nursing experience, proficiency in surgical assisting, strong knowledge of sterile techniques, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a compassionate, innovative environment focused on continuous improvement and ethical patient care.
