We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Whittier, CA. This is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for managing restoration projects from start to finish.

The Project Manager oversees projects beginning with inspection and scope development through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to coordinate field teams, subcontractors, customers, and insurance professionals throughout the restoration process.

Manage restoration projects from initial inspection through final completion.

Develop scopes of work and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment logistics.

Conduct job site inspections and monitor work quality, safety, and compliance.

Maintain accurate documentation, including project records, estimates, photos, job notes, and change orders.

Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.

Schedule and expedite work to ensure timely project completion.

Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the restoration process.

Proven Project Management experience, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience coordinating crews, vendors, and materials to maintain efficient job progression.

Strong inspection, documentation, and quality control skills.

Knowledge of logistics and resource management across multiple job sites.

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving abilities in fast‑paced environments.

Experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, or related trades preferred.

Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office, and digital documentation tools.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in construction management, business, or related field is a plus.
