Warehouse Worker

Join our team as a Warehouse Worker where you will play a vital role in picking and preparing tires for shipping, as well as organizing truck loads. This position requires a proactive approach to learning and cross-training in various areas, including Customer Pick Up, Shipping, Mount and Balance, and shrink wrapping. Pick and prepare tires for shipping by pulling them off pallets, scanning for DOT information, and placing them on a conveyor belt.

Organize and put away incoming truck loads of tires.

Operate a cherry picker to move tires and pallets, with potential to learn forklift operations in the future.

Engage in cross-training across various departments such as Customer Pick Up, Shipping, Mount and Balance, and shrink wrapping.

Participate in a mandatory video orientation to understand job duties.

Minimum of 6 months experience in roles such as warehouse work, moving company positions, furniture installation, or order picking.

Experience with RF scanners and order picking.

Employees receive a $1 raise upon permanent hire and are encouraged to grow within the company, as all management and supervisory roles are filled by individuals who started as pickers.

Our warehouse is a spacious 139,000 square feet facility that is clean, well-lit, and organized. Team members will work in different areas such as Shipping, Customer Pick Up, and Packaging. The work environment supports cross-training and professional growth, ensuring a dynamic and fulfilling work experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, MN.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
