Head of HR (Remote)

We seek a strategic and results-oriented Human Resources Director to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role demands a versatile professional capable of seamlessly managing a wide range of HR functions. From crafting innovative HR strategies to ensuring compliance, you will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture.
As a trusted advisor, you will partner with leadership to drive organizational success through talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Provide HR advisory support to employees and management.
Manage payroll processing and reporting.
Conduct performance management and employee relations activities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR software.
This job is Fully Remote.
