We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dynamic Communications Coordinator to support our communication strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external channels. This role is essential in maintaining strong communication flows, preparing high-quality materials, and strengthening our brand voice throughout the organization.
Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
Draft, edit, and organize written materials such as announcements, internal newsletters, briefs, and corporate documents.
Assist in project coordination, ensuring communication timelines and deliverables are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and prepare communication updates.
Maintain organized documentation and communication records for ongoing and completed projects.
Support leadership with message preparation, presentation materials, and structured communication plans.
Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements when necessary.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate various communication projects.
Proficiency in general communication tools and office software.
