Full Time Hotel Cook

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Hotel Cook to join our growing culinary TEAM! If you take pride in preparing quality food, enjoy working with others, and want to build a career in hospitality, we’d love to have you on our TEAM.
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Cook → Sous Chef → Executive Chef → Director of Food & Beverage
Our Management Development Program (MDP) helps develop top talent into tomorrow’s leaders, with opportunities to advance into management in less than one year for high-performing associates.
Previous experience in a Hilton brand, hotel, restaurant, or professional kitchen is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right food-service professional .
Strong culinary skills and a passion for preparing quality food.
Attention to detail and a commitment to consistency and culinary excellence.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling practices.
Culinary degree or formal training is a plus, but not required.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
