Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time) MOBILEAre you a compassionate, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients across a variety of care settings? This role will require you to see patients in their care facilities, homes or in our satellite offices. You will be partnered with an Ultrasound Tech and will work to serve our patients as a team.What You'll DoPerform comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.Educate patients and caregivers on health conditions, preventive care, and treatment plans.Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient care.Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to achieve optimal health outcomes.What We're Looking ForExperience practicing as an Advanced Practice Nurse in clinical settings such as primary care, hospitals, outpatient clinics, emergency medicine, or related healthcare environments.
