Parts Advisor

Schedule: Monday-Friday during the training period then transition to Tuesday-Saturday after training.

This position is located onsite in Salem Oregon and reports to the Parts Manager.

Volkswagen of Salem is looking for an accomplished Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected brand while building a rewarding career with Lithia Motors.

As a Parts Advisor, you will help provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers by:

Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts identification and ordering

Manage inventory, maintaining an organized parts department

Build relationships with customers and vendors

Promote parts and accessory sales to maximize revenue

Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards

Experience in a high-volume automotive parts environment

• 1+ years of experience with automotive systems and parts cataloging (Vw experience is ideal)
