Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

Salary Range: $39.2 - $41.78 per hour

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday, no weekend rotation

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, including range of motion, strength, balance, and functional abilities

Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals

Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function

Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care techniques to promote continued progress and independence

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current state PT license

CPR/BLS certification

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an outpatient or orthopedic setting

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong time management and organizational skills

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
