Recruiter - Human Resources Recruiting - Full Time

Position Type: Regular Full-Time (40 hours per week)
You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering
As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultativedirection and industry expertise to hiring leaders.
Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine positionspecifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strongcandidate slates while building talent pipelines.
Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data andcompensation guidelines to support recommendations.
High school diploma.
Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agencysetting.
Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and social media tools.
Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics relatedto talent acquisition.
