Job Description A growing Kansas City company is looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager with an emphasis in Compliance and Strategic to add to its team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:
In-charge of Human Resources Legal and Compliance
Administer HRIS
Manage the recruiting process which includes recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and background checks.
Facilitate employee performance improvement plans
Annually review employee health insurance options
Assist with the administration of the retirement plan
5+ years of Human Resources experience
- Strong experience with Compliance and Strategic Human Resources
- Job Type: Full-time
