Ultrasound Technologist (Cardiac Sonographer)

Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Cardiac Sonographer) where you will perform diagnostic echocardiography studies including 2-dimensional, color Doppler, continuous wave Doppler, stress and dobutamine echocardiograms. You will obtain and analyze cardiac ultrasound images, review clinical history, inform referring clinicians of preliminary findings when appropriate, prepare accurate reports, maintain and clean equipment, and perform portable studies as needed.

ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certification in relevant cardiac specialty.

Demonstrated proficiency in transthoracic echocardiography, including 2D imaging, color Doppler, spectral and continuous wave Doppler.

Ability to perform portable studies and safely mobilize ultrasound equipment.

Ability to review charts, document results, and communicate preliminary findings to physicians.

Two or more years of echocardiography experience in a hospital or high-acuity setting.

Experience with video recording and ancillary transducer devices for permanent records.

Shift Days: Monday through Friday.

Shift Hours: 08:00 to 16:30.
