Dining Room Server (Full Time & Part Time)

Montage Mason is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Mason, Ohio. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating a five-star, white-glove dining experience for our residents. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, resident‑first service while supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, thrives in a hospitality‑driven environment, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience every day. You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked.
*******************$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time or $500 Sign-On Bonus for PartTime*******************
Pay: Starting at $14/hr, based on years of experience
Schedule: Full Time, Part Time, or Flexible Schedule Opportunties!

Requirements Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
