Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.

Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and countertops. Handle and maintain dishwashing equipment properly. Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Kitchen Manager.

Properly sort and organize clean dishes, utensils, and equipment for easy access and efficiency in the kitchen.

Show willingness and ability to cross-train across various roles in the restaurant to ensure rapid growth in responsibilities and contribution to team success.

Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred but not required.

Must possess dexterity to operate industrial dishwashing machines, handle pots/pans, and other equipment, and perform tasks with attention to detail.

Understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting.
