As a participant of our brand-new graduate program launching in 2026, you\'ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of impactful projects. Designing engineering solutions
Conducting and monitoring site inspections
Joining project and client meetings
Exploring project and client management
Leveraging digital tools and innovation
Building connections through our Early Career Professionals Network
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience or foundational knowledge in 3D modeling and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar tools)
Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through internships, volunteering opportunities, or organization memberships
Creative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
You must be able to reliably commute to our office in this location, per our hybrid working policy.
