Starbucks Barista - Day Shift

Cup of Joe Cafes is looking for a friendly, guest-focused Barista to join our team at our Starbucks licensed store at Women's and Children's Hospital in Huntsville, AL. This is one of the area's most important healthcare facilities - a meaningful location where our team serves families and caregivers during some of their most important moments. As a Barista, you are the face of the store and the heart of the guest experience. You will craft Starbucks beverages and food items to standard, keep your workspace running smoothly, and bring the warmth and energy that makes guests want to come back.

Craft Starbucks beverages and food items to recipe and brand standard on every order, every time

• Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready to handle the rush
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures
• Support your shift lead and teammates - step in where needed, no questions asked
• Help train and welcome new team members as you grow in your role
• Stay curious about the menu, the craft, and the brand - the more you know, the better every interaction gets

You're a people person - hospitality comes naturally to you, not from a script

• You don't mind the physical side of the role - standing, moving, and staying active for your whole shift
• Coffee or café experience is a plus but not required - we'll train you on everything you need to know
