PURCHASING COORDINATOR

This is an in office role based out of our Maumee, OH office. The position is hourly and includes eligibility for overtime pay.

This position assists the Purchasing Agent in all areas of purchasing, receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control of all product check-ins. This position also assists with project management purchasing and occasional facilities and accounting group projects as appropriate.

Contact Vendors for material/equipment quotes/lead times.

Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies.

Send contract agreements to subcontractors/subconsultants. Ship outboard items.

Reconcile purchasing credit card charges.

One to three years + of direct purchasing experience preferred.

Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Proficiency with common office equipment and Microsoft Office software required.

Quick learner with custom software.

While performing the duties of this job, long periods of sitting at a computer are required.

We offer market-competitive compensation for a Purchasing Coordinator with a base range of $45,800to $59,700hourly, and a total compensation package that includes quarterly bonuses, 401(k) matching, and overtime pay.
