We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Crew Member to join our field operations team. In this role, you will support a variety of underground utility construction, maintenance, and repair projects. This is a hands-on position that requires operating small tools and equipment and working closely with a crew in various weather conditions.

Work with a crew on underground utility construction, maintenance, and repair projects

Assist with excavation, site preparation, backfilling, and general construction tasks

Operate small tools and equipment (pumps, gas saws, compactors, bobcats, backhoes)

Support installation, repair, and inspection of pipelines, drainage systems, and related infrastructure

Perform general labor duties including loading/unloading materials, cleanup, and jobsite support

Mechanical aptitude

Monday - Friday

Overtime & weekend availability as needed
