Client/Customer Support Rep

Experienced Client Service Representative VCA Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center of Kalamazoo is a 24/7/365 emergency, critical care and specialty practice, located in Portage, MI. We are seeking an Experienced Client Service Representative to join our team Full-time.

Client Service Representative Duties: Customer service functions such greeting clients and handling multi-line telephones
Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical related pet care
Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
Potential Schedule: Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts available
Qualifications: At least one year of proven past experience helping customers
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays
and be exposed to hazards associated with pets such as allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and animal waste
