Current Minnesota Cosmetology or Barber License.

Top-performing stylists can earn $35–$45+ per hour during peak business periods through a combination of hourly pay, generous tips, retail commissions, and performance incentives.

Actual earnings vary based on guest volume, hours worked, experience, retail sales, tips, and individual performance.
