Tasks may include the accurate and timely administration of medications and treatments, observational and clinical documentation, assisting in emergency calls, and updating Supervisors of changes.Essential Job Duties:Assists in the supervision and direct care of residents and nursing personnel.Administers direct care as assigned.Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in residents' condition.Assists in developing comprehensive care plansQualifications:Active, unrestricted RN license in Connecticut is required.Geriatric/rehabilitation experience with a good understanding of restorative nursing is required.* Depends on employment classification*Please Note: Consideration for an interview requires a resume be submitted with this application.All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
