Head of Growth Marketing - Remote

We're a small marketing team focused on content, social, events, and community. This role is fully remote based in UTC-3 to UTC-8 time zones, with some expected travel for team offsites, conferences, meetups, and more.
Amplify externally what we build internally: turn launches into extended reach without just throwing money at the problem
Improve our landing pages with real data: get into the weeds of traditional SEO and AI recommendations (AEO/GEO)
Are genuinely analytical and comfortable with data, fluent in funnels and cohorts
Write clearly and ship fast: a v0 experiment this week beats a perfect plan next month
Think critically about a data point, and go deep into how that's measured
Understand that not every investment needs to have a short term effect
Have a technical background to make website changes on our own
Autonomy to "just ship it"
AI-native mentality with unlimited token policy
100% remote team with flexible working schedules
Modern data stack (Snowflake, PostHog, Baremetrics, Metabase)
