About the Role: At Boston Scientific, the Inventory Planner II position requires someone with strong methodical thinking and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment. This exciting role provides a unique opportunity to partner with multiple departments, including Field Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with the Field in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, and responsiveness is key.

Effective Inventory process & control to meet business goals (i.e., General Inventory reporting (i.e., Cycle-Counting, Inventory turns) when necessary

Give ongoing education to the Sales Force regarding consignment program compliance with guidelines, and field inventory levels, including reporting and metrics

Proactively look for ways to enhance inventory practices and highlight potential improvements

Bachelor's degree in business management (or similar), or bachelor's degree with commensurate professional experience

2+ years of relevant experience in business/analysis (or related work experience)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Strong customer service skills

Experience in Salesforce Program Management

Customer service experience

Experience with SAP

Medical device industry experience

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) see will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
