Location: Highlands Ranch, CO Pay Rate: $25/hr Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire Schedule: M-F 8:00am–5:00pm

What You'll Do

Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
Collect, label, and process clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures
Verify patient identification and ensure specimen labeling accuracy in the presence of patients
Maintain accurate records and documentation with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Deliver excellent customer service while explaining procedures and helping patients feel at ease
Work independently to complete daily activities accurately and on time
Float between locations as needed to support patient service centers or in-office phlebotomy
What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Strong phlebotomy skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel to multiple sites as needed
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (if applicable)
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
