WCS is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a reputable Home Health organization performing Uniform Assessment System (UAS) assessments for a leading Medicaid assessment organization. This role involves conducting in-home field assessments with a hybrid schedule, offering three days on-site and two days remote each week. Day Shift.
Flexible hours -Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
Conduct preliminary in-home evaluations for consumers.
R eview assessments to determine if the correct conclusion for eligibility of services was reached by the nurse assessor.
Collect data related to assessments and assessment outcomes.
Examine each case for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
Analyze UAS recommended scores in relation to nurse assessor determinations.
Conduct scheduled home visits with the nurse assessor.
Examines data for outliers and researches such cases.
Develop/complete reports that track and trend activities/outcomes.

2 years of RN homecare experience required
Must be able to travel to Brooklyn.
