Echo/Vascular Sonographer - Full Time

Cardiovascular Sonographer

MLR (MLee Recruiting) is looking for a full-time, permanent Cardiovascular Sonographer to join a talented team at a reputable acute-care hospital near Abilene, Texas.

Work Schedule: Day shifts, Monday through Friday.

Patient Data Assessment: Analyze patient history, symptoms, and test results to support accurate diagnoses.

Collaborative Care: Partner with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to modify and implement patient care plans based on diagnostic results.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure ultrasound equipment is properly maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.

Training/Education: Minimum of one year of hands-on experience or graduation from an accredited ultrasound program.

Certifications: RDCS or RCS certification in adult echocardiography, or RVT or RVS certification in vascular ultrasound (to be obtained within one year of employment).

Technical Skills: Skilled in performing cardiac and vascular ultrasound procedures within a non-invasive cardiology setting.

Equipment Proficiency: Familiarity with ultrasound systems, PVR, BP monitors, and computer systems.

Engage in required training, attend staff meetings, and complete online learning modules.

Must be available for on-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
